Everything your club shares with its players, in one app.
Call-ins and attendance, schedule, messaging, carpooling, roster, playbook: Gameday replaces the group chat, the spreadsheet and the loose sheets of paper.
A management app for American football clubs, designed and built in France, in Val d'Europe.
€39 a month for the whole club — no commitment. Your players pay nothing.
iPhone and Android apps. The staff area works on desktop too.
Where clubs start
Right now, everything is scattered.
The group chat for everything, a spreadsheet for the roster, a sheet of paper for attendance, the photo of the play somewhere in the thread. On Tuesday, the staff has no idea who is coming. The player has no idea who is picking him up. The treasurer chases medical clearances. At the end of the season, nobody really knows who showed up to practice.
What the staff goes through
They ask “who’s coming Thursday?” in the group chat, count the thumbs-up and chase the ones who never answered.
They take attendance from memory, or on a scrap of paper that stays in the car.
They redraw the same board for the third time, because the photo of the whiteboard is lost in the thread.
They keep registrations and medical clearances in an inbox, then hunt for them the day the league asks.
What the player goes through
He doesn’t know whether Thursday’s practice is still on, or who is picking him up.
He digs for the game time in the group chat, between the cookout photos and the poll about jerseys.
He isn’t sure of his assignment on the formation from Tuesday, so he asks again.
He joined in October: the club news and the September plays, he never saw any of it.
What Gameday changes
The staff posts once. Every player gets what concerns him.
1
The staff posts once
An event, a call-in, a game-day lineup, a play, a document: entered once, in one place.
2
Every player gets what concerns him
A notification, an answer in one tap, his assignment filtered to his position, the ride he was looking for.
3
The club keeps the record
Attendance, answers, playbook reads, an up-to-date roster, paperwork: the season’s numbers build themselves.
For players
He opens it, he knows, he closes it.
Call-ins
He answers in one tap — in, maybe or out — straight from the notification.
The club chat
Team chat, direct messages, groups built in one tap: “the receivers,” “the line,” “the offense.”
A ride to the game
Built-in carpooling for games and practices, plus a members’ gear swap to pass equipment around.
His player card
He fills it in himself: position, number, size, emergency contact.
His season
His stats, his attendance, the team’s scores.
What to study this week
The staff posts the plays being installed. The player finds them without asking.
His assignment
Filtered to his position. The other positions stay available, but he doesn’t have to sort through them.
Plays that move
Every play is animated, at adjustable speed, in slow motion or full speed.
Readable offline
A play he has already opened stays readable on a field with no signal.
A question about a play
He asks it. The staff answers, and the whole team gets the answer.
Formations and terminology
He learns the club’s formations and hand signals, as photos or short videos.
A ride to the game, without a poll in the group chat.
The playbook, with who has read each play.
For coaches
Entered once, seen by the whole team.
Call-ins and the schedule
He creates the event, every player gets the call-in and answers. He knows who is coming before he plans the session, and the reminders go out on their own.
The attendance sheet
On the field, one tap per player. By the end of the season, attendance is a number.
Lineups and depth chart
Prepared in peace, posted when they’re ready.
The roster and the paperwork
Roster, join requests through the club code, paperwork (registrations, medical clearances), staff roles, moderation and reports.
This week’s install
The plays to study before the next practice, posted in one go.
Who has read, who hasn’t
Every play shows “seen by 15/18.” The coach knows who to talk to on Tuesday.
The play editor
Players, routes, blocks, the ball, on the field with its yard markers. On a phone or on a computer, with keyboard shortcuts.
Formations
Saved once (Trips Right, Gun Empty, your 4-3), then dropped onto the next play in one pick. Duplicate, mirror, multi-select.
Assignments by position
Offense, defense and special teams. A hand signal on every play.
Wristbands
Built from the playbook and printed.
The playbook as a PDF
Printable with the club’s cover page, in three booklets: offense, defense, special teams.
Search, and the staff
A play or a formation found instantly. Every staff member has a specialty (offensive coordinator, receivers coach) and opens the playbook on the right unit.

Several squads per club under one code, staff roles, moderation

Against all-purpose tools
The admin, and the sport itself.
TeamSnap, SportEasy and tools like them handle a sports club’s admin well: call-ins, attendance, messaging. Gameday handles the admin and the sport itself: the playbook, the learning, getting ready for the game.
An all-sports tool has no notion of a playbook, because most sports don’t have one.

03

Walkthrough
Let’s do it at the end of a practice.
Twenty minutes with the staff, on your roster and your playbook. We answer within two business days.
No: everything works on a phone, for players and staff alike. The play editor is simply more comfortable on a big screen, with its keyboard shortcuts.
What about flag?
Yes: 5, 7 or 9 players on the field, same tool. Playbook, call-ins, attendance and chat all work the same way.
How do players join the team?
The club has a join code: the player enters it, his request reaches the staff, who approve it. Nobody joins the roster without the staff’s say-so.
Do players have to pay anything?
No. The subscription is in the club’s name, with unlimited players and staff: nobody else pulls out a card.
How many squads can we run?
Every squad in the club, under the same join code. Seniors, U19, Flag: each one has its own playbook, roster and schedule.
How long does setup take?
One evening with the players. Nexflow carries over your existing playbook before the first session: the staff starts with its plays already in place.
Do we have to retype our whole playbook?
No: Nexflow carries it over from what you already have, boards included. The staff only has to check it and fill in the assignments.
Does it work on a field with no signal?
A play that has already been opened stays readable offline, which is the most common case. Answers to call-ins go out as soon as the signal is back.
Can several coaches have access?
Yes, with separate roles. Every staff member has a specialty — offensive coordinator, receivers coach — and opens the playbook on his unit.
How does payment work?
Invoiced to the club, by card or SEPA direct debit. The subscription starts when the club is created, with no commitment and cancellable at any time.
What if the club stops?
Cancel at any time, with no fee and no minimum term. The data is exported and handed back to the club.
Where is the data held?
In Europe: the database is in Frankfurt, the files are in European Union jurisdiction. The data belongs to the club and is never sold on.
Who builds it?
Arthur Cissac, a player with the Wranglers de Val d'Europe, through Nexflow. What the staff asks for can be added: that is the difference with an all-sports tool.
Create my club
Three minutes is enough. You then share a code, and your players join the club.
